Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Diecast Country will ship in-stock items within four business days. Items listed on the web site are usually in stock. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you within two business days, so that you can cancel your order or back order the item. We usually ship within 48 hours, but UPS does not pick up or deliver on Saturday or Sunday, and we are closed on Monday.

We ship via UPS based on your chosen method. Delivery of your order will depend on your chosen shipping method and how far you live from western Pennsylvania. For a rough estimate on the transit times for our deliveries, please see this map.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for the continental United States are calculated and shown when you place your order. Unfortunately, Diecast Country no longer accepts orders billed or shipped outside the United States. International orders will be ignored.

If your order arrives damaged...

UPS and the US Post Office both require inspection on some damage claims. They both need all packing material including the outer shipping carton. If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please do the following:

KEEP all packing material, including the outer shipping carton and padding materials (foam peanuts, newspaper etc.)
KEEP the damaged model.
Notify Diecast Country within two business days of the damaged delivery via e-mail at ask@diecastcountry.com, or phone at 724-898-9700.
We will respond to you within two business days with instructions.

It is our policy to replace models damaged during shipping free of charge, provided these instructions have been complied with.

Return/Exchange Policy

Returns/Exchanges are accepted on unopened merchandise. All shipping and insurance charges will be the customer's responsibility unless the return/exchange is the result of our error.

Returns/Exchanges must be received with in 30 days of delivery.

There is a return/exchange form inside every order. Please fill out the form completely, otherwise your return/exchange may be delayed!

Holiday Return Policy

During the holiday season our 30 day return policy is extended. Holiday orders placed between November 1 and December 15 have until January 15 to be returned. Order placed after December 15 will have the regular 30 day return policy.

Please make sure your address is correct!

If you are having your order shipped to an apartment or suite, please make sure you include your unit number. If the delivery service has to correct your address, they charge us $10.00 to do so. If your address is incorrect or incomplete in any way and we are assessed a fee as a result, we will pass this fee on to you as a $10 service charge.

To order by mail, print out your order during the checkout process, and mail the order form and your payment to the address shown in the previous paragraph.

Directions To Our Store

Diecast Country is located in Valencia, Pennsylvania, 18 miles north of Pittsburgh.

From the East or West: PA Turnpike to Exit 39 (old exit 4), Butler Valley. Bear right off the exit ramp onto Route 8 North. We are 4.5 miles north on the right side.
From the North or South: Follow I-79 to I-279, to exit Route 910, Wexford. Bear right off the exit ramp onto Route 910 East. After about 8 miles you will come to a major intersection were route 910 meets Route 8. Make a left onto Route 8 North. We are about 3 miles up, on the right side.

About Cookies

This site uses a session cookie as a component of a our shopping cart system. The cookie allows our server to associate information in our database with a particular customer, for the duration of the time they spend in our store. The cookie contains a random, server-generated session identifier, and is only retained until the customer's browser is restarted. Diecast Country is not responsible for pricing errors which may exist in our online catalog. This doesn't happen very often, but we have thousands of items and a bad record pops up every once in a while. If this should happen to your order, we will contact you with the correct total before we process your order.

Nothing in this catalog costs $0.00. If you see something that costs $0.00, it's a mistake.
